Watches

Buchwald Jewelers, Inc. is not an authorized dealer for some watch manufacturers.  As a result we can offer you the best prices available.  However, we will issue you a full warranty for your watch. 

Shipping

We are proud to offer free shipping for Internet purchases to any location in the world.  A signature is required for all packages and the shipment must go to the billing address on your credit card.

Returns

Sales are never final at Buchwald.  Any item purchased from our Website may be returned within 7 days from the date of purchase.  Returns must be in the original package, unused, without customization, modification or on any special orders.  Exchanges are available for life.   They are offered with no time limit and any difference due to you will be a merchandise credit that will have no expiration date.

Grading Reports

You can be assured that every diamond purchased from Buchwald Jewelers is backed by a diamond grading report, diamond dossier, or diamond quality report.  This means that each of our diamonds have been carefully examined microscopically by a gemologist to determine such characteristics as The Four C's:  Cut, Color, Clarity, and Carat Weight.  The most highly respected diamond grading laboratory is The Gemological Institute of America (GIA).
